About Us
Deborah
Welch, Ph.D.
Founder, Deborah Welch, Ph.D., brings twenty years
of experience in psychology, business management and coaching to support
people to develop self-understanding and personal mastery.
Deborah also specializes in blended learning and team
e-learning.
She is co-authoring a book on Reflective Leadership
which is funded in part by the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the
University of Maryland. Business
