About Us


Deborah Welch, Ph.D.

Founder, Deborah Welch, Ph.D., brings twenty years of experience in psychology, business management and coaching to support people to develop self-understanding and personal mastery.

Deborah also specializes in blended learning and team e-learning.

She is co-authoring a book on Reflective Leadership which is funded in part by the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland.

Business Experience:

20 years of experience in psychology, business management and coaching.

  • 1997-Present: Founder, Consultant, and Executive Coach, Reflective Leadership Associates
  • 1995-1997: Manager, P.A. Parent Education Programs throughout Maricopa County
  • 1989-1994: Director, Northeast Services - Touchstone Community
  • Prior to 1994: Private practice as a psychotherapist, corporate experience (Fujitsu Microelectronics and California Federal Bank)
