What to expect in the leadership team development program. 
  1. I often partner with a professional associate in the leadership team development work.  Teamwork development is most powerful when it is co-facilitated.
  2. We start as your partner in change discussing how to achieve the desired results in the most seamless manner and with attention to managing change well from the very beginning.
  3. We use an interviewing process and a variety of assessment tools to gain more perspective.  We will come in prepared to focus on the most important issues for your team. 
  4. We assist in the development of a powerful and clear shared vision, and an increase in the competencies and skills to carry out that vision.  We focus on personal values, life-giving factors, possibilities, and renewal, rather than taking a problem focus, which may sustain a problem orientation.  We find that teams develop faster using appreciate inquiry and in conjunction with individual coaching and e-learning.
  5. We use a variety of learning processes in this work including
    - presentations,
    - discussion-based learning (building on the experience already present in developing new learning),
    - experiential learning (learning by doing),
    - e-learning, and
    - individual coaching.
