What to expect in the leadership team development program.
- I often partner with a professional associate in the leadership team
development work. Teamwork development is most powerful when it is
co-facilitated.
- We start as your partner in change discussing how to achieve the
desired results in the most seamless manner and with attention to managing
change well from the very beginning.
- We use an interviewing
process and a variety of assessment tools to gain more perspective.
We will come in prepared to focus on the most important issues for your
team.
- We assist in the development of a powerful and clear shared vision, and
an increase in the competencies and skills to carry out that vision. We focus on personal values, life-giving factors, possibilities, and
renewal, rather than taking a problem focus, which may sustain a problem
orientation. We find that teams develop faster using appreciate
inquiry and in conjunction with individual coaching and e-learning.
